Delivery Fees

Delivery incurs a flat fee of $19.95 per order Australia-wide, no matter how many products are in it. Please Note: Due to their bulky nature, orders containing bulky items, like sand filters, acoustic boxes, and pool slides, might incur additional fees as they will be shipped with specialised carriers.

Some products may have FREE SHIPPING offers attached to them and will incur no shipping fee.

Tracking of Shipments

When we dispatch your goods, a Tracking Number is emailed to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This allows you to track the item at the shipper’s website. Please note that an accurate email address must be provided in order to track your order.

Acceptance of Delivery

A signature is necessary upon delivery, and in the event that you are unavailable to receive your package, a delivery notification will be placed in your mailbox with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel within regular business hours. Each delivery service will retain parcels for the duration of their respective maximum hold time. Failure to acknowledge the delivery notifications and the subsequent return of the package to us as unclaimed will result in additional freight charges for re-delivery. Freight charges were paid for the original dispatch and are not refundable. Considering this, it is typically advisable to provide a workplace shipping location whenever feasible. (ensure you can accept them at work).

Typical freight times are from 1-2 days to 7-10 days depending on your location.

Pool World Australia cannot guarantee exact delivery times. At times, unforeseen delays may arise from our carriers, which are beyond our control. Pool World Australia will not be responsible for any delays, costs, or damages that may arise in such situations.
