With extensive experience across different areas of the pool industry, I’ve seen the good, the bad and the frustrating sides of pool ownership.

And over time, I realised there was something missing from many traditional pool shops.

Someone who genuinely takes the time to understand the problem.

The pool industry has developed a reputation for being overly focused on selling products and chemicals. We’ve all heard the stories — a pool owner keeps coming back because their chlorine levels are constantly dropping, so they simply buy more chlorine.

But what if the real question isn’t “How much chlorine do you need?”
