Perform regular maintenance and service on residential and commercial swimming pools

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems

Conduct water testing and chemical treatments to ensure optimal pool water quality

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Maintain accurate records of all service activities and client interactions

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Service Technician, with a strong understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry

Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pool maintenance

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve a wide range of pool-related issues

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Flexibility to work a variable schedule

A valid driver's license

Legal entitlement to work in Australia with any acceptable work status
